1. Application of this policy

 

This is the policy of Enigma CCTV Limited (company number 08474013). Unless stated otherwise references to the Company shall mean the company applying this policy.

2. Policy Statement

 

2.1 The Company is committed to driving out acts of modern-day slavery from within its own business and that from within its supply chain. The Company acknowledges responsibility pursuant to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will ensure transparency within the organisation and with suppliers of goods and services.

2.2 The organisational structure of the business is to provide security services nationally within the supply chain of these services. There are relationships with external business for the sourcing of products annually as well as supply of services making up the supply chain.

2.3 As part of the Company’s due diligence processes into slavery and human trafficking the suppliers’ approval process will incorporate a review of controls undertaken by the suppliers. The level of management control required for these sources will be continually monitored under our ISO 9001 Quality Management System which is audited internally and externally. The Company also subscribes to the UN Global Compact.

2.4 The Company will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in Slavery or Human Trafficking.

2.5 The Company Directors and Senior Management shall take the responsibility for implementing this policy statement and its objectives and shall provide adequate resource (training etc) and investment to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within the organisation and within its supply chains.

3. Approval of this policy

 

This policy is approved by the Company Board of Directors. It will be reviewed regularly and updated when changes become necessary. It was last updated on the date shown below.
